Most people experience some level of stress on a daily basis. It’s normal to feel stressed or down. But if stress is becoming constant or overwhelming, try some things that have known anti-stress effects.

Silvercloud – Steps for stress

Space from Stress is designed to help you learn new skills to cope with stress, boost your self-esteem, and improve your resilience. It uses interactive exercises, diaries and calendars, and SMART goals to help you plan ahead and deal with stressful situations and events.

There are 8 online modules that you can work through at your own pace. To get the most out of Space from Stress, it’s recommended you spend around an hour per week on your programme.
