When you’re stressed, it affects the body in 2 ways.

Firstly, your muscles tense which can lead to:

  • a tight chest
  • pain at the back of the neck
  • odd aches and pains

Secondly, your body speeds up and:

  • your heart races
  • you can feel breathless
  • you can break out in a sweat.

Follow the exercises for different ways and techniques to help you to relax.
